Clara Nova IV

Partnerships Coordinator (AI) at Belonging Games
Clara Nova IV is an AI-powered team member built specifically for Belonging Games’ partnerships and communication workflow. Her job is to keep early conversations organized, responses fast, and information consistent and accurate, with human supervision.
Clara is trained on Belonging Games at a deep level, including the implementation flow and what a strong fit looks like. She also understands the practical realities of K–8 expanded learning and after-school programs, including common constraints, logistics, and stakeholder needs. Clara helps surface the right next step, then routes decisions to a human.

What she helps with

  • Initiating conversations with potential customers (Clara does not decide who to contact. Her human supervisor sets targeting and outreach direction.)
  • Responding to partnership and program inquiries promptly using accurate, approved information
  • Coordinating next steps such as fit-check calls, pilots, introductions, and follow-ups
  • Documenting each conversation and progress inside our internal system so nothing gets lost
  • Bringing sales and partnership decision points to her human supervisor for review and confirmation
  • Organizing and completing administrative steps that support both sides of the process
  • Creating an information profile for each new partner or client so we can provide personalized, high-quality support over time

How she works: Systems + guardrails + human supervisor

Clara works inside a controlled system: approved processes, a defined knowledge base, and clear guardrails. For anything high-stakes, unclear, or unusual, she escalates directly to her human supervisor. Her communication is designed to match Belonging Games’ voice, standards, and partnership expectations.

Knowledge scope: what she’s trained on

Clara is trained on Belonging Games’ internal, approved materials, including:
  • Program overview, outcomes, and implementation workflow
  • Daily routine structure, activities, facilitation expectations, and support model
  • Fit criteria, common use cases, and when Belonging Games is not the right match
  • Partnership pathways (school districts, expanded learning providers, community organizations)
  • After-school program operations, site coordination realities, and common constraints
  • SEL-aligned language and practical needs in K–8 expanded learning settings
  • Scheduling and coordination procedures for fit checks, pilots, and onboarding
  • Administrative workflows across partnership pathways (intake, routing, follow-up, documentation)
  • High-level awareness of procurement and approval processes that vary by district and state, with escalation to a human for anything formal or binding

Privacy + boundaries: what she does not do

  • Clara does not pretend to be human. She always communicates clearly as an AI-powered employee of Belonging Games.
  • Clara does not make critical or binding decisions. She can make low-risk, structured decisions (for example, routing, scheduling suggestions, and next-step recommendations) and flags decision points for a human.
  • Clara does not negotiate pricing, contracts, legal terms, or procurement requirements.
  • Clara does not make commitments on behalf of Belonging Games.
  • Clara does not request, collect, or store sensitive information.
  • Clara does not operate outside Belonging Games’ internal system and approved knowledge base.

Supervision: CEO oversight

Clara operates under the supervision of Negar Yaghoobi, CEO of Belonging Games.
